The Life Chance team is delighted to welcome Dr Paula Holbrook as its new Head of Operations. Paula will take a strategic role during a significant period of growth for the organisation.
Paula, who joined Life Chance earlier this month, brings with her a wealth of business management experience from industry and education. Her extensive career has spanned roles for Currys, Fujitsu, NHS, Thrive and Uffculme Academy Trust.
Paula holds an MBA, PhD, is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an accredited School Resource Management Advisor (SRMA). She lectures on an MBA (Leadership in Practice) programme for Open University and coaches on the level 7 award for School Business Professionals.

Outside of work, Paula is an active volunteer. She has been a call out member of a mountain rescue team for 30 years and a business mentor Princes Trust for over 20 years.
Paula said: “I am thrilled to join Life Chance at such at exciting time. In just a few years, Life Chance has made an enormous impact through its therapeutic school – School for Inspiring Talents. I am looking forward to supporting the future growth of the organisation as we expand our services to support children, families and schools in the wider community.”
